The professional college of further education for tourism in Villach, Carinthia, is moving into a new building, planned by Marte.Marte architects. The concrete complex is lined by a strictly geometrically planted cluster of trees. This green passepartout consists of 260 crabapple trees that keep their fruit and leaves until winter. Between the trees and the architecture there is a 3,000sqm grass garden with large sequoias and conifers.
